Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by ERFD, Inc., doing business as EmmaRose Floral (“EmmaRose Floral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

EmmaRose Floral provides custom floral design services, including arrangements, installations, and event production.

All items are made to order and may vary based on seasonality and availability.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders may require full or partial payment in advance to be confirmed.

For custom and event work, payment terms will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Failure to submit payment in accordance with agreed timelines may result in cancellation of services.

4. Final Sale

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellations

Standard Orders
Cancellations for single arrangement orders must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Custom and Event Orders
Custom event orders and installations are subject to separate agreements. Terms outlined in those agreements will apply.

6. Changes to Orders

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes. However, changes may not be possible once an order is in progress and may result in additional charges.

7. Delivery and Pickup

Orders are fulfilled through local delivery, on-site installation, or client pickup where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, restricted access, or circumstances outside of our control.

8. Rentals

All vases, vessels, and rental items remain the property of EmmaRose Floral unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for their proper handling and return. Fees may apply for damaged or unreturned items.

9. Substitutions

We may make substitutions as needed based on availability. Substitutions will reflect the overall style and value of the original design.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERFD, Inc. DBA EmmaRose Floral is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Confidentiality

We work with private clients, venues, and brand partners and operate with discretion.

Client information and event details are treated as confidential and are not shared beyond what is necessary to fulfill services or as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
